Review: I hereby demand that the word "soft" be struck from the packaging of this product. The bread is full of the grains you want and healthy wheat flavor, but not as soft as one might expect it to be. This is probably due to the fact that I am used to buying bread drenched with preservatives, but I prefer my bread to be a bit more moist than this.
All in all, a great bread for making toast with, but I'd try something else for the boundaries of your sandwiches.
